This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Prank Water Glasses.
1. Presale shipping
Prank Water Glasses is currently available for presale. The product is planned to launch and begin shipping at the end of June 2026.
Orders placed during the presale period will be fulfilled after the product becomes available.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to selected countries in Europe, including the European Union and Switzerland where available at checkout.
Available shipping destinations may change depending on fulfilment capacity, carrier availability, and legal or logistical restrictions.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.
The final shipping cost depends on the destination country and the shipping option selected.
4. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, fulfilment delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
For presale orders, delivery estimates begin only after the product has launched and the order has been fulfilled.
5. Customs, duties, and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, including Switzerland, import VAT, customs clearance fees, or carrier charges may apply.
These costs are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated. The customer is responsible for paying any import charges required by the destination country.
6. Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply.
