This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Prank Water Glasses.
1. Presale information
Prank Water Glasses is currently offered as a presale product. The product is planned to launch and begin shipping at the end of June 2026.
By placing a presale order, you understand that your order will not be shipped immediately. Estimated shipping starts after the product launch at the end of June 2026.
If the launch or shipping schedule changes significantly, we will inform customers using the email address provided at checkout.
2. Order cancellations before shipping
You may request to cancel your presale order before it has been shipped by contacting us at:

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a third party appointed by you, receive the goods.
You do not need to give a reason.

4. Returns
Returned items must be sent back in a condition that allows us to inspect and resell the product, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending back a return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please include your order number and videos of the issue. If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
7. Non-returnable situations
